With a Scotsman at the helm, a peated whisky was inevitable. Crafted in Boulder, Colorado, this American Single Malt combines traditional peat influence with a modern distillation and ageing approach, delivering earthy, floral notes alongside tart dried fruit and rich pastry character.

Made from 100% UK-grown malted barley, double pot distilled, aged in #3 char virgin American white oak with no temperature control, and proofed with Eldorado Springs water. Lightly peated, fruity, and complex.

• Colour: Dark amber
• Nose: Smoked apricot, autumn leaves, honeycomb, chocolate malt balls, and apple pie
• Palate: Slightly chewy and vibrant, with a dryish medium-to-full body
• Finish: Peppery and engaging, with medium-long notes of caramel, spiced pumpkin, and cinnamon toast
